My name is Jana and I'm an aspiring designer. Additionally, I also possess an interest in the fields of Marketing and PR. I grew up being extremely drawn to art and began designing and drawing at the age of 14. In early 2020, I held an event in which my event hashtag trended at No. 1 in Singapore's on Twitter. My curiosity knows no bounds and I am always searching for new things to learn and perfect. I hope you enjoy my work as your browse this site. Past Positions
March 2019 - August 2019
Event Coordinator - MONTRESOR NANA
Planned and managed the running of the entire event over a course of 5 months. Did the designing work for all published collaterals and had a turn out of about 150 people over a two day event. Worked with other parties to ensure the smooth flow of the event. $200 was raised through the sale of event goods, which was then donated to a local charity.
October 2019 -Â January 2020
Event Coordinator - KAIBEAR DAY
Worked alone to do the planning and coordination for the entire event, communicating with vendors to ensure smooth procedure. Collaterals published to ramp up the excitement towards the day of the event were designed and done individually. Event hashtag remained on the trending topics tag for the duration of the event and rose to the #1 spot on Singapore’s Twitter trends for 6 hours.
June 2020 - November 2020
Marketing Member
Worked with a team to design collaterals for Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s ScareFest organised by Stage52. Gave feedback and helped with the development of the creative direction. Discussed and collaborated with a team of 12 to create the collaterals such as stickers and posters for the event.
December 2020 - May 2021
Marketing Assistant-In-Charge
Worked with a team to organise the Annual Play X Freshie Event 2021 for Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Stage52. Discussed and collaborated with a team of 6 to create the collaterals such as stickers and Instagram posts for the event. Managed and scheduled posts regarding the event to ensure highest possible engagement rates.
